New Start has developed a General Needs Housing Scheme which has been targeted at individuals that have completed a programme of support either with New Start or our partner agencies.

The service is for people who have limited or no move on accommodation available, who are looking for long term sustainable and affordable accommodation. New Start's Social Rented Supported Housing aims to assist people to engage and thrive in existing communities which they wish to live in.
The properties used in this service range from
1-2 bedroom flats and 1, 2 or 3 bedroom houses
with quality and accessibility installed and maintained across the portfolio.
How do I make a referral?
To access this service applicants will be required to complete New Start's online Referral Form or by contacting our support team on 0151 708 7103.
