Welcome to New Start
New Start provides residential and supported accommodation services for homeless people or people with little or no housing choice.
This aspect of New Start works in close connection with the Health and Safety department as well as the Service Managers who oversee the individual supported accommodation services.
This facility really aids New Start in delivering a rapid response service to all forms of maintenance and repair work, thus ensuring that all properties are kept in good condition for the enjoyment of our tenants and at the same time allowing us to be effective in our endeavours to provide safe, secure and quality accommodation for our service users.
New Starts roots are in the building industry, some of our maintenance crew have worked with us for over twenty five years.
We are proud of our commitment to quality long term careers within the building maintenance industry and as such have developed quality training and apprenticeship programs.
